Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti started in October 2010. At that period in time, there were few members of staff who kicked off as the first set of management, non-teaching and teaching staff. As the years rolled by, God increased the University (ABUAD)

Right now ABUAD has over 500 senior staff and well over a thousand junior staff. The Wife of the Founder Yeye Aare Modupe Babalola saw the need for a High quality school for the children of staff of the University, so she decided to put resources together and start a creche and nursery to meet the immediate need of the members of staff.
