BRIEF HISTORY
EMPERORS FIELD SCHOOL is a government-approved educational institution committed to excellence in education. We believe that every child is unique and we aim to nurture and inspire them in a safe, secure, and stimulating environment. We are committed to giving each child the best education, creating a love of learning and curiosity about the world around them. Our curriculum is creative and engaging, and our commitment to developing a growth mindset with the knowledge of how to learn ensures that our children become successful, independent, and lifelong learners.
Emperors Field School was established on the 7th of July 2017, the school was officially opened on the 10th of September 2017. The mission of the school was to provide pupils with quality world-class education. Located at Baba Adisa community in Ibeju Lekki LGA, Emperors field school opened its door with 24 pupils enrolled in preschool, 16 pupils in primary school, and 15 students in secondary school. Since its opening, the school’s dynamic educational environment has continued to evolve.
Soon after the school began, the school quickly introduced its current policy of recruiting only the best-qualified teachers and began to receive recognition from locals, the community, and its environs, word started to spread and with intense advertisement, in just one year, enrolment doubled. That same year 2018, we broke ground on phase one of our new primary school building, this building houses 20 classrooms, a music room, a library, a school hall, a sick bay, laboratories, an Information Technology room, offices, stores, 16 toilets, and kitchenettes. The first building becomes the ECD block which housed 7 classrooms, offices, and toilets.
We continue to grow with increasing enrolment each term. The school community has remained committed to creating an environment in which students are known, supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.
